How it works

From delayed flight
to money in .

Most passengers who are owed money never see it. Not because the system is broken, but because the system is boring. Forms, references, rejection letters, retries. We do the boring part so you do not have to.

01  ·  Intake

What we need from you.

Just three things: the flight number, the date, and a way to reach you. A booking confirmation or boarding pass speeds things up but is not required. We never ask for your passport, ID, or bank details at intake. Those only come later, once the airline has confirmed payment.

02  ·  The work

What we do next.

1
Week 01

Eligibility + filing.

We confirm the flight is eligible under EC 261/2004, the Montreal Convention, UK 261, US DOT rules, or Brazil ANAC 400. We match it against our database of airline responses and legal precedents so we know exactly what leverage we have. Then we file the claim.

2
Weeks 02–06

Airline response.

The airline responds. Sometimes the first response is an offer. Sometimes it is a rejection citing "extraordinary circumstances" that do not actually qualify. We push back, with the relevant case law, every time.

3
Weeks 06–12

Most claims settle.

Most claims settle here. The airline agrees to pay, and the money is transferred directly to your account.

4
Beyond week 12

Escalation, if needed.

If the airline refuses without a valid legal basis, we escalate. First to the national enforcement body. Then, if needed, to court. We cover all legal costs. You pay nothing more.

03  ·  Cost

What it costs you.

If we recover your compensation, we keep 25%. You keep the rest. If we do not recover anything, you pay nothing. You see the exact split before you confirm, every time.
